When a short burst of noise is heard from any one of the four radios, that corresponding LED will firstly flash green. If the noise continues for ½ sec longer the LED will change to RED. |
Short Burst (crackle) = LED Flashing Green Detected Noise but no intelligence |
Voice = Red (timed) Detected Noise and has Intelligence |
No Noise Detected |
